Founded in 2019 by Chef Elena Torres, Ember & Vine brings together the primal art of wood-fired cooking with a deep love for exceptional wines. After a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens across Barcelona and Lyon, Elena returned downtown with a singular vision: to create a place where every dish tells the story of its fire.

Our kitchen centers around a custom-built stone hearth that reaches temperatures traditional ovens never could. Every ingredient is sourced from local farms and artisan producers, arriving fresh each morning.
